Job Description

The Behavioral Health Division is seeking an experienced Outpatient Psychiatrist to provide at least 16 hours per week of psychiatric services to individuals with severe mental health issues.

  • The ideal candidate is compassionate, collaborative, with a minimum of three years of outpatient psychiatric experience.
  • Responsibilities include conducting medical assessments and supervising therapeutic medication plans.
  • Work as part of a supportive interdisciplinary team focused on person-centered care.
  • Administrative support such as nursing, dictation, and clinical consultation are provided.
  • This is an independent contractor role, compensated hourly, requiring active Oregon license, DEA, DMAP, and liability insurance.
  • Fringe benefits are not included.
  • Position is part-time (16-32 hours weekly) in Salem, OR, with in-person work.
