Job Description

Seeking a licensed, board-certified Psychiatric Provider to deliver integrated, team-based mental health care for vulnerable, complex patients.

Responsibilities include managing behavioral health cases within a modified Collaborative Care Model, providing direct psychiatric evaluations and treatment, supporting medication management (including long-acting injectables and medication-assisted treatments), and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to improve patient outcomes.

Candidate must have strong communication skills, experience working with underserved populations, and be comfortable with telepsychiatry and EMR systems.

Role involves patient care in a collaborative, in-office environment, with a focus on serving high-need individuals and addressing social determinants of health.
