Job Description

Seeking a family practice physician to provide patient-centered care for a diverse population in a collaborative, team-based environment that includes behavioral health, dental, social work, and nursing.

Requirements: MD/DO, residency completion, Washington state licensure, board certification, BLS, DEA license. Preferred: experience in community health, bilingual skills, contraceptive implant certification, substance use treatment experience.
