We are seeking a dedicated Physician to provide high-quality, person-centered care for seniors in community settings, mentor Advanced Practice Providers, and improve patient outcomes.
- Conduct history and physicals, perform routine rounds, and manage complex cases.
- Collaborate with APPs to ensure clinical excellence and compliance.
- Mentor and oversee APP performance to elevate care quality.
- Drive measurable improvements by closing quality gaps.
- Advocate for patients and embody the organization’s mission in the community.
