Job Description

We are seeking a mission-driven Physician to provide high-quality, person-centered care in senior living communities and skilled nursing facilities.

  • Deliver compassionate clinical care, including history and physicals, and routine rounds.
  • Partner with APPs to manage complex cases, oversee performance, and mentor team members.
  • Drive quality improvements and advocate for patients’ needs.
  • Represent the organization’s mission as a clinical leader in the community.

    Qualifications include MD/DO, board certification in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Geriatrics, or Hospital Medicine, and an active license. Travel may be required.
