Job Description

Seeking a licensed, board-certified (or eligible) psychiatrist for a full-time role (
Monday-Friday, 9:00am-5:00pm, flexible hours) with an annual salary of $229,000-$235,000.

The position involves providing comprehensive psychiatric assessments, medication management, and recovery-oriented care for adults with severe mental illnesses such as schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, often with co-occurring conditions. Responsibilities include developing wellness programs, supervising multidisciplinary teams, and engaging with patients and communities to promote social inclusion and recovery.

Qualifications include a valid Massachusetts medical license, DEA, and malpractice insurance, with expertise in treating serious mental illnesses.
