Job Description

The Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) evaluates, diagnoses, and treats speech, language, social communication, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders in children and adults.

They develop individualized treatment plans, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and ensure culturally responsive care.

The role requires strong communication skills, cultural humility, and adherence to core values of integrity, respect, acceptance, accountability, and grace.

Responsibilities include conducting assessments, providing therapy, training team members, and engaging with families, with approximately 15-25% travel.

Qualifications include a relevant degree, licensure, CCC from ASHA, experience with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder, and preferably bilingual skills.
