Job Description
We are seeking a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide family-centered, transdisciplinary services for children aged 0-3 with developmental delays or disabilities.
Deliver play-based, developmentally appropriate speech therapy and collaborate with PT, OT, and educators.
Develop transdisciplinary skills and provide service coordination as needed.
Ensure accurate documentation, participate in team meetings, and stay current with professional advances.
Conduct developmental evaluations, create IFSP goals, and deliver therapy in compliance with regulations, including teletherapy.
Qualifications include a valid NH SLP license, ASHA certification, and pediatric experience preferred. Flexibility, organization, and reliable transportation are required.
