Speech Language Pathologist / Speech Therapist (Home Health)

Job Description

We are a growing home health team seeking a compassionate Speech Therapist to assess and treat individuals with speech, language, and communication disorders, primarily in pediatric settings.

Conduct patient evaluations and develop personalized treatment plans.

Implement therapy techniques, monitor progress, and adjust plans as needed.

Educate families and collaborate with healthcare providers and educators.

Maintain accurate documentation and stay current with industry advancements.

Requirements include a Master’s degree, valid licensure, and experience in pediatrics preferred. Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach are essential.

Position is part-time/PRN with flexible hours (5 hours/week), offering competitive pay, benefits, and the ability to choose your schedule. Work involves on-the-road visits, with no nights or weekends.
