Job Description

The Speech Language Pathologist provides comprehensive speech, language, and hearing services to students from preschool through high school transitions, under supervision of educational directors.

  • Conducts evaluations, assessments, and data analysis to identify communication needs.
  • Develops and implements individualized education programs (IEPs) and provides direct therapy services to remediate speech and language impairments.
  • Collaborates with school personnel, parents, and community stakeholders through meetings and consultations.
  • Participates in student placement, screenings, and progress monitoring, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.
  • Promotes research-based best practices, supports diversity, and maintains professional competence.
  • Completes reports, attends IEP and 504 meetings, and provides supervision and case management.
  • Full-time position offering a salary of $125,000/year with benefits including health insurance, retirement plans, professional development, and flexible scheduling.
  • Requires current SLP license, ability to work in Fairfield, CA, and willingness to relocate if necessary.
