Job Description
We are seeking a passionate Licensed Speech Therapist for a flexible, part-time (20 hours or PRN) in-person role in Randolph, NE.
Effectively screen and evaluate patients with communication, cognitive, or swallowing disorders and develop individualized care plans.
Provide rehabilitative and medically necessary treatment interventions following regulatory and clinical standards.
Assess treatment outcomes, modify services accordingly, and document all care in electronic systems.
Offer counseling and consultation to patients, families, caregivers, and other healthcare providers.
Ensure compliance with all relevant policies, regulations, and ethical standards, including completing required training.
Participate in meetings, trainings, and maintain necessary licensure and supplies.
