Job Description

Join our expanding team as a PRN Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP), with the flexibility to accept or decline cases and build your own schedule.
Our patients reside in assisted living facilities, receiving treatment under Medicare part B outpatient services, simplifying documentation.

What you’ll do:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify speech and language disorders.
  • Create personalized treatment plans tailored to each resident’s needs.
  • Implement evidence-based therapy techniques during visits and facility sessions.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for holistic care.
  • Educate patients and families on communication strategies.
  • Monitor progress and modify plans for optimal outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of evaluations and treatments.

    • Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in assessment and developing effective treatment plans.
  • Passion for compassionate, impactful care.
