Job Description

We are hiring two licensed clinicians for a substance use and behavioral health treatment program:

  • Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) with addictions specialty
  • Licensed Social Worker (LCSW or LMSW)

    • Both will provide individual and group therapy, conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and utilize evidence-based practices such as CBT and Motivational Interviewing. Responsibilities include participating in team meetings, collaborating with staff, and maintaining compliance with HIPAA and 42 CFR Part 2.

    Qualifications:

  • LCPC: Active license, addictions credential, experience with substance use/co-occurring disorders
  • Social Worker: Active license, experience in behavioral health/substance use preferred

    • Additional preferred experience includes residential, outpatient, or IOP settings and group facilitation. Familiarity with EHR systems is helpful. Positions are full-time, part-time, or contract, with pay ranging from $60,000 to $80,000 annually. Work hours are 20-40 per week, in person at the treatment facility.
