Job Description
Part-time/PRN licensed Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) position assessing, diagnosing, and treating communication and swallowing disorders in patients’ homes.
Responsibilities include conducting initial assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, collaborating with the care team to ensure continuous care, and documenting patient progress.
Work with patients experiencing cognitive-communication and swallowing issues due to stroke, brain injury, illness, surgery, injury, or dementia.
Requirements: Current SLP license and valid driver’s license. Relocation to State College, PA, required before starting.
