Seeking Outpatient Therapist (Physical, Occupational, Speech Therapists)

Job Description

Join a growing therapy team seeking licensed or eligible physical, occupational, and speech therapists to serve clients of all ages with diverse diagnoses.

We specialize in hippotherapy and outpatient land-based therapy, offering training and incentives in hippotherapy—horse experience is preferred but not required.

All applicants, including new graduates, are welcome. Therapists are hired as independent contractors with flexible schedules, particularly during after-school hours.

Location is in Poplar Grove, IL, with a starting pay of $35/hour and benefits like flexible scheduling. Preferred experience includes 3+ years treating clients and 5+ years with horses. Candidates must be willing to relocate before starting.

Experience with equine therapy and licensure in physical, occupational, or speech therapy is preferred but not mandatory.
