Job Description

We are seeking a Behavioral Health Counselor/Therapist to provide psychosocial assessments and develop treatment plans for patients from children onward, addressing emotional, social, and environmental challenges.

Responsibilities include

  • delivering individual, family, and marital therapies
  • crisis intervention and emergency services
  • collaborating with therapy teams and community resources
  • maintaining detailed records and ensuring confidentiality
  • educating patients and families about diagnosis and treatment adaptation

    Qualifications:
  • Master’s degree in Behavioral Science or related field
  • State licensure (LMHC, tLMHC, LMSW, or LISW in Iowa)
