Job Description
We are seeking a qualified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for maternity leave coverage, dedicated to supporting children with ASD and developmental disabilities.
Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans to improve communication, social skills, articulation, fluency, and language comprehension. Collaborate with behavior analysts, caregivers, and team members to provide comprehensive, evidence-based therapy in clinical or home settings. Track progress, adjust plans, and document therapy adhering to HIPAA and clinic policies. Educate and support parents with strategies to enhance communication at home. Maintain a compassionate, patient-centered approach with a flexible schedule and opportunities for advancement. Requirements include a NJ SLP license, ASHA certification, at least 3 years of pediatric experience, and a commitment to interdisciplinary collaboration. The role is in-person in Paramus, NJ, offering $70-$80/hour.
