Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to provide high-quality behavioral health services in a community setting.

Conduct client assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.

Offer clinical counseling, including PTSD care, and facilitate group therapy sessions.

Manage case files, ensure HIPAA compliance, and coordinate with healthcare teams.

Implement evidence-based practices in applied behavior analysis and monitor progress.

Utilize coding for documentation and billing.

Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive care.

Qualifications: Master’s in Social Work, valid LCSW license, experience in behavioral health preferred, proficiency in HIPAA regulations, strong communication skills, and ability to work collaboratively.
