Position Overview:
We seek a compassionate Licensed Therapist to provide individual, family, and group therapy for clients facing mental health and substance use challenges. Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, you will develop personalized treatment plans and deliver evidence-based interventions.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and create tailored treatment plans.
- Facilitate therapy sessions using proven methods.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals and participate in team meetings.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation.
- Provide crisis support and psycho-education to clients and families.
- Ensure services adhere to ethical and legal standards.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related field.
- Licensed in Idaho (LCSW, LPC, LMFT) or pursuing licensure with supervision.
- At least 2 years of clinical experience, preferably with mental health/substance use clients.
- Strong communication skills and knowledge of evidence-based treatments.
- Compassionate and team-oriented mindset.
