Job Description

The Substance Use Disorder Therapist provides individual, group, and family therapy to clients with substance use and co-occurring disorders.

Conducts assessments, develops treatment plans, facilitates therapy sessions, and ensures documentation compliance.

Coordinates care with interdisciplinary teams and supports discharge planning.

Maintains licensure, adheres to regulations, and participates in clinical meetings.

Qualifications: Master’s degree, active state licensure, and preferably addiction-specific certification.

Skills: Evidence-based practices, group facilitation, crisis intervention, strong communication, and teamwork.

Experience: 2+ years in behavioral health or substance abuse preferred.

Conditions: Office and outpatient settings, with shifts including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
