Seeking a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist with a $5,000 sign-on bonus, offering hourly pay between $55-$65. The role involves providing patient-centered evaluations and treatments to improve speech, language, cognition, and swallowing abilities, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, and documenting all services accurately. The candidate will supervise clinical staff, contribute to professional development, and promote a positive, safe work environment. Requirements include a Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology, CCC, California license or candidate status, current CPR certification if needed, and 2-3 years of rehab experience preferred. Duties encompass patient assessments, treatment planning, family education, and participation in team meetings. The position involves direct patient care (60-80%) and administrative tasks, with benefits including health insurance. Work is conducted in person, with expected hours of 40 per week.
