Job Description

Join a dedicated team providing therapy to adult women in a Residential MI/CD Treatment Facility focused on overcoming substance use and co-occurring disorders.

Position is full or part-time, with hours typically from 8:00am-4:30pm, and offers a salary between $60,000-$80,000 annually.

Requirements include a Master’s degree from an accredited program, licensure (LPCC, LMFT, LICSW) or licensed trainee status, and at least two years of chemical-free living.

Responsibilities involve conducting individual and group therapy, psychological assessments, diagnosis, and treatment planning, with a preference for experience in complex trauma.

Must pass a MN DHS background check and be comfortable working in group and individual settings.
