Job Description
We are seeking a full-time *Program Therapist* to work with a low caseload of six clients in a residential treatment setting for youth aged 8-14.
Responsibilities include individual, family, and group therapy, interacting in the residential milieu, creating treatment plans, and guiding youth mentors. Clinical training is provided weekly, with opportunities for specialized training in Neurosequential Model of Therapeutics (NMT) and Equine Assisted Psychotherapy (EAP).
Qualifications include a Master’s or Doctorate in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related field, and licensure or eligibility in New Mexico. Knowledge of trauma-informed care is preferred but training is provided. Candidates with certifications in EMDR, EAP, DBT, TF-CBT, EFT, or Polyvagal are encouraged to apply.

The schedule is Monday to Friday with flexible hours. Salary ranges from $85,000 to $105,000 based on experience.
