Mental Health Therapist (Day Treatment)

Job Description

Seeking a motivated Mental Health Therapist (or Clinical Trainee) for our Day Treatment team to support children ages 3-12 and their families.

• Conduct diagnostic assessments, develop treatment plans, and provide individual, family, and group therapy in various settings, including office, telehealth, and community.
• Work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team and participate in clinical meetings.
• Complete documentation, maintain continuing education, and adhere to supervision requirements.
• Physical demands include movement, lifting up to 45 pounds, and community travel.

Qualifications include a master’s degree in a behavioral health field, licensure or licensure track, reliable transportation, and pass background checks.
