Job Description

We are seeking a Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LADC) in East Grand Forks, MN, offering a $15,000 signing bonus. The position pays between $60,008-$75,728 annually and involves

  • Conducting screenings and utilizing the Minnesota Matrix Six Dimensions
  • Demonstrating cultural sensitivity and awareness of diverse backgrounds
  • Assisting clients with insurance and authorization processes
  • Maintaining licensure, participating in staff meetings, and communicating effectively with diverse populations

    • Requirements include an active MN LADC license, computer literacy, and passing a DHS background check.
