Seeking motivated LCDC-I professionals for a full-time role offering flexible schedules, remote/tele-support, and a rewarding environment.
Starting pay is $20.45/hour, with benefits including health, dental, vision, life insurance, paid time off, and retirement.
Responsibilities include conducting screenings and assessments per DSM-V and TDI criteria, developing individualized treatment plans, and providing individual, group, and psycho-educational counseling.
The primary focus is recovery-oriented counseling via virtual/telephonic methods to serve clients with limited access to resources.
Other duties involve case management, documentation, community outreach, and collaboration with families and service providers.
Qualifications include passing the state licensing exam, adhering to ethical standards, and having a valid Texas driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
Requires flexible hours, self-directed work, travel, and relocation to Big Spring, TX.
Education preferred: Bachelor’s degree.
