Seeking a Licensed Clinician / TBS Supervisor for our Behavioral Health Services Program in Riverside, CA.

This role offers an excellent opportunity for newly licensed professionals (LMFT, LCSW, LPCC) to coordinate and oversee Intensive Home-Based Services, including Therapeutic Behavioral Support (TBS) and mental health treatments for at-risk children and families.

Responsibilities include conducting assessments, treatment planning, case reviews, therapy sessions, documentation, and collaborating with caregivers, schools, and community agencies to ensure comprehensive, interdisciplinary care.

Qualifications include a Master’s degree in a mental health field, active California licensure, crisis management skills, and bilingual proficiency in Spanish is preferred.

The position offers a salary of $78,300, benefits such as health insurance, retirement, tuition reimbursement, and flexible work options.
