Job Description
This Clinician role involves providing direct patient care through individual, family, and group counseling, developing personalized treatment plans, and performing comprehensive assessments.
They will manage a caseload, document patient progress accurately, and participate in multidisciplinary treatment team activities, including meetings and clinical rounds.
The clinician acts as a liaison between clients, families, and external organizations, advocating for unmet needs and guiding clients to community resources.
Supervision of interns, transportation support, and coverage duties are also included.
Qualifications include a Master’s degree in psychology, social work, or related fields, with at least three years of relevant experience, and active licensure (LAC, LSW, LPC, or LCSW).
The role requires ongoing professional development, strong organizational skills, ability to work independently and within a team, and adherence to confidentiality and ethical standards.
