Job Description

We are a well-established pediatric private practice in Ithaca, NY, seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our collaborative, outpatient team.

Provide comprehensive care for patients from birth to age 21, including newborn visits, well-child exams, and management of acute illnesses.

Offer lactation support, with certification preferred or willingness to obtain training.

Collaborate with a physician and interdisciplinary team in a family-centered, evidence-based practice.

Maintain a manageable schedule, averaging 16 patients daily, with no on-call or inpatient duties.

**Qualifications:**
Licensed NP or PA in NY, with 2+ years clinical experience (pediatrics preferred), and strong communication skills. Lactation certification is a plus.
