Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate CNA/PRN Restorative to provide high-quality patient care across various settings, including long-term care, assisted living, and post-acute environments.

Responsibilities include delivering personalized restorative interventions, assisting with ADLs, monitoring and documenting vital signs using EMR/EHR systems, administering medications, operating transfer equipment safely, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to develop individualized care plans.

Qualifications include a valid CNA certification, experience in diverse healthcare settings, proficiency with EMR/EHR systems, and knowledge of clinical procedures. Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently are essential.
