Job Description
Seeking a Nurse Practitioner to join a behavioral health facility specializing in recovery services.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive care for patients with Substance Use Disorder and co-occurring conditions. Perform initial screenings, assessments, diagnoses, and manage medications, including injections and health screenings. Develop and modify care plans, monitor patient responses, and ensure documentation compliance. Provide mental health evaluations, health education, and emergency care as needed. Coordinate with referral sources and external providers to ensure continuity of care. Maintain compassionate, objective, and ethical interactions while adhering to regulatory standards. Qualifications include a current Nurse Practitioner license, experience in inpatient or diverse settings, and preferred certification as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner.
