Job Description

We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Weekend Supervisor to provide direct patient care and supervise nursing staff in a resident-centered, quality-focused facility.

  • Supervise nursing assistants and coordinate with healthcare team to assess and implement care plans.
  • Administer medications, monitor patient conditions, and record medical information accurately.
  • Provide bedside care, manage medical procedures, and participate in discharge planning.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations while maintaining high-quality care.
  • Supervise support staff and licensed nurses during night shifts.

    • Requirements: Current Virginia RN license, BLS certification, CPR & First Aid certification, and compassionate demeanor.
