This leadership role manages nursing staff, resources, and patient care for a designated unit, ensuring compliance with standards and fostering a positive environment.

  • Requires a Bachelor of Science in Nursing, current licensure, and BLS certification within 30 days.
  • Preferred: specialty certification and 4+ years of nursing experience, including 2+ years in management.
  • Key responsibilities include hiring, staff development, budget management, workflow optimization, communication with staff and physicians, patient satisfaction, quality improvement, and community outreach.
  • Ensures adherence to policies, standards of care, and regulatory requirements.
  • Oversees staff training, performance evaluations, and resource utilization to promote cost-effective, quality patient care.
  • This exempt, full-time position involves in-person work at a specified medical center location with a weekly pay range of $969.64 – $1,167.74.
