Job Description
This leadership role manages nursing staff, resources, and patient care for a designated unit, ensuring compliance with standards and fostering a positive environment.
Requires a Bachelor of Science in Nursing, current licensure, and BLS certification within 30 days.
Preferred: specialty certification and 4+ years of nursing experience, including 2+ years in management.
Key responsibilities include hiring, staff development, budget management, workflow optimization, communication with staff and physicians, patient satisfaction, quality improvement, and community outreach.
Ensures adherence to policies, standards of care, and regulatory requirements.
Oversees staff training, performance evaluations, and resource utilization to promote cost-effective, quality patient care.
This exempt, full-time position involves in-person work at a specified medical center location with a weekly pay range of $969.64 – $1,167.74.
