Job Description
The Mid-Level Provider (NP/PA) provides independent, holistic, evidence-based care, including assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and patient counseling for a primary care patient population.
Qualifications include a relevant degree (MSN, BSN, or Physician Assistant studies), active Texas license, certification exams, and at least one year of experience. Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish, strong communication, organization, and technology skills are required.
Core responsibilities encompass patient assessments, diagnostic testing, procedures, care planning, documentation in Athenahealth, and collaboration with healthcare teams to ensure quality care.
Emphasis on delivering excellent customer service, maintaining patient confidentiality, managing clinic operations, and fostering positive relationships.
Must work independently, prioritize tasks, and uphold professionalism while adhering to clinic values. Physical requirements include mobility and vision capabilities.
