Job Description

Seeking a licensed Nurse Practitioner (NP), Physician Assistant (PA), or Medical Director (MD) with a passion for wound care to join a mobile wound care team in Charlottesville, N. Virginia, Alexandria, or Virginia Beach.

  • Provide advanced wound assessments, treatments, and follow-up in patients’ homes and care facilities.
  • Perform bedside procedures such as debridement and dressing changes.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure quality care and patient education.
  • Utilize EMR systems for documentation and care planning.
  • Bring strong clinical skills, critical thinking, and excellent communication.
  • Must have valid Virginia licensure, reliable transportation, and at least 1 year of experience in nursing, home health, or wound care.
