Nurse Practitioner, Family Medicine/Internal Medicine

Job Description

Seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner in Primary Care/Internal Medicine in Yuma, AZ, with 1-5 years of experience.

Provide care for all ages, including new patients, follow-ups, post-procedures, and chronic condition management.

Work independently in clinics and visit Assisted Living/Nursing Homes as needed.

Responsibilities include patient education, accurate documentation, and promoting preventative care.

Must have AZ license, DEA license, and be fluent in Spanish (preferred).

Strong communication, organization, and EMR skills required.

Compensation ranges from $150,000 to $180,000 annually, with benefits such as health insurance, 401(k), paid time off, and flexible scheduling. The position may be eligible for student loan forgiveness programs. In-person work environment; drug screening and background check required.
