Job Description

The Nursing Assistant (CNA) provides essential personal care and support to residents in a nursing home setting, promoting their well-being and independence.

Attend to residents’ grooming, hygiene, nutrition, mobility, elimination, and safety needs based on individual service plans.

Support residents in self-care and assist those unable to care for themselves.

Follow infection control, sanitation, and safety standards at all times.

Build meaningful relationships to enhance residents’ psychosocial health.

Requirements include CNA certification, strong communication skills, compassion, and flexibility for various shifts.

This full-time role offers competitive pay starting at $14/hour, with benefits such as health/dental/vision insurance, 401(k), and paid time off.
Work is in-person at a nursing home.
