Job Description

The Part-Time Nurse Practitioner in Gastroenterology provides comprehensive care under physician supervision in a clinical setting.

Assess, diagnose, and manage gastrointestinal and liver conditions such as GERD, IBS, IBD, and liver disease.

Order and interpret diagnostic tests; develop personalized treatment plans.

Prescribe medications and therapies; educate patients on disease management, nutrition, and lifestyle.

Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure coordinated patient care.

Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to clinical and legal standards.

Qualifications include a Master’s degree in Nursing, an active Texas NP license, and national certification.
Work schedule is two days per week, with potential for additional shifts, on-site in person.
Physical ability to perform clinical duties and work in a medical environment is required.
The role requires relocation to Farwell, TX prior to start.
