Job Description

The Provider Lead is a practice-based clinician supporting members through scheduled, walk-in, and urgent visits via telehealth, virtual, or clinic settings. They deliver comprehensive care including chronic disease, behavioral health, and preventive services, collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to develop and manage personalized care plans. The role oversees complex patient cases, ensures high-quality, safe care, and contributes to clinical program development and process improvements.

This hybrid position requires an MD/DO board-certified in Family or Internal Medicine, with 5+ years of direct member care and 2+ years of informal clinical leadership. The full-time role offers a salary of $260K–$275K, with benefits including health, dental, vision, 401(k), life and malpractice insurance, paid time off, and travel reimbursement. Work is based in Cincinnati, OH, with three days onsite and two days remote each week.
