We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our interventional pain management team across multiple locations, including a physical therapy office, satellite clinic, and surgery center. current applicable state license national certification DEA license or ability to obtain one Basic Life Support certification. This role is in person, with a salary range of $125,000-$150,000, and requires relocation before start in Sutherlin, OR.
