Job Description

We are seeking a passionate RN Nurse Manager for our Long Term Care community, a CMS 5-star rated facility awarded the Bronze Quality Award. The role involves supervising nursing staff, overseeing resident care, conducting performance evaluations, and ensuring compliance with care standards. Responsibilities include planning and monitoring care plans, collaborating with medical teams, conducting resident assessments, and addressing quality assurance issues. The position offers flexible scheduling (3 12-hour or 4 10-hour shifts), competitive salary starting at $80,000, and comprehensive benefits such as health, dental, vision insurance, paid time off, retirement plans, and tuition reimbursement.

Qualifications include RN licensure, ACLS certification (with a 3-month window to complete), strong communication skills, and the ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
