Job Description

We are seeking a Full-Time Supervising Nurse (RN) at a 192-bed skilled nursing facility dedicated to providing exceptional long-term and rehabilitative care.

  • Lead nursing care during your assigned shift, supervising RNs, LPNs, and CNAs.
  • Oversee resident condition monitoring, documentation, and care plan adherence.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Participate in training, quality assurance, infection control, and QAPI initiatives.
  • Complete and ensure accuracy of MDS assessments and care data.
  • Qualifications include NYS RN license, 1-2 years of nursing experience, CPR/BLS, and leadership skills. RAC-CT certification and MDS experience are preferred.
