Job Description

Seeking a full-time, board-certified Family Practice Nurse Practitioner to join a multi-specialty rural health clinic in the scenic New Hampshire White Mountains.

You’ll be supported 1:1 by a trained medical assistant or technician and work with an experienced APP and triage nurse as part of a primary care team.

The schedule is four days per week, focusing on compassionate, patient-centered, evidence-based care to maintain high quality and patient satisfaction scores.

The clinic offers services including family practice, pediatrics, walk-in care, lab, and radiology.
