Job Description

We are seeking a Board-Certified or Eligible Family Medicine/Internal Medicine Physician for an immediate part-time role in Roanoke Rapids, NC.

Provide compassionate, comprehensive care in skilled nursing, assisted living, and long-term care settings.

Maintain accurate, timely documentation aligned with standards.

Potentially serve as Medical Director at one facility, with opportunities for extra compensation.

Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality and safety.

Engage in peer reviews, quality improvement, and professional development.

Travel between facilities as needed; minimal rotating weekend and holiday call (no night call).

Qualifications: MD/DO, NC license or eligibility, strong communication skills, reliable transportation. Experience in post-acute care is preferred.
