Job Description
We are seeking an Interventional Pain Physician to lead the diagnosis and treatment of chronic pain using advanced protocols, collaborating with internal and external specialists.
Clinicians will work 3-4 days a week in clinic across multiple locations, with 1-2 days dedicated to performing procedures at our outpatient surgery center, including EMG/Nerve Conduction Studies and ultrasound-guided interventions if desired. Skills in epidural, facet block, and RFA procedures are required; experience with kyphoplasty and VERTIFLEX is a plus. Ideal candidates have clinical experience in pain management, with opportunities for those new to the specialty or seeking proficiency in this growing field.
This position offers a Monday-Friday schedule with no nights or weekends, promoting a strong work/life balance and competitive compensation. Our practice specializes in advanced treatments for various chronic pain conditions and serves Northern California communities. We support our providers with advanced EMR systems, dedicated medical assistants, and a collaborative team.
Qualifications include medical degree, pain fellowship, board certification or eligibility, California medical license, and fluoroscopy supervisor license. Candidates should be adaptable, team-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
The role offers a full-time schedule, with annual compensation between $375,000 and $400,000, plus comprehensive benefits including health, dental, vision, 401(k), paid time off, and professional development support.
