Job Description

Seeking a Part-Time Orthopedic Surgeon (General, Sports Medicine, or Spine) for a multidisciplinary musculoskeletal clinic in San Jose.

Schedule: 2–3 days/week, flexible start, with options as W-2 employee or 1099 contractor.

Offerings include immediate patient volume, collaborative environment, clinical autonomy, and on-campus surgical access at a fully accredited surgery center.

Compensation ranges from $340K–$475K+ annually, with base salary, performance incentives, and surgical or clinic session pay.

Ideal candidates are Board-Certified/Eligible MDs or DOs with relevant experience, active CA license, and team-oriented attitude.
