Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation (PM&R) Physician to help patients recover function and enhance their quality of life after injury.

  • Evaluate and treat neurological, musculoskeletal, and orthopedic conditions.
  • Develop return-to-work plans and assess maximum medical improvement (MMI).
  • Apply a biopsychosocial approach to identify recovery barriers.
  • Collaborate with internal and external providers, including workers’ compensation partners.
  • Educate patients and families on lifestyle modifications to support recovery.
  • Maintain accurate medical records and participate in case reviews.
  • Supervise up to two advanced practice providers.

    • Qualifications: MD or DO from an accredited institution, completed an ACGME PM&R residency, and board-certified in PM&R. Must hold a valid medical license and DEA certification. Prior experience in workers’ compensation and outpatient care preferred, along with strong communication and problem-solving skills.

    Salary ranges from $300,000 to $400,000 annually. The role is in-person and involves teamwork in an outpatient setting.
