New opportunity near Green Bay, WI for Emergency Medicine physicians with a $20K sign-on bonus.

_*Position Details:*
* Full-time/part-time roles at a Level 3 Trauma Center with approximately 24 daily ED visits.
* EMR: EPIC, 24/7 hospitalist coverage, and in-house nursing staff.
* Shifts include day, night, and holiday coverage with flexible scheduling.

_*Compensation & Benefits:*
* $225/hr with benefits (valued at $30/hr) or $250/hr as an Independent Contractor.
* Full-time benefits include PTO, holiday pay, health/dental insurance, 401(k) with matching, CME reimbursement, paid malpractice, and more.
* Sign-on bonus of $20,000 for full-time roles with a minimum one-year commitment.

_*Qualifications:*
* Board-Certified or Eligible in Emergency Medicine, FP, or IM with ED experience.
* MD/DO license in Wisconsin, DEA registration.
* In-person work environment.
