Psychiatrist – Advanced Depression Care

Job Description

We are seeking a full-time psychiatrist to lead advanced depression care for treatment-resistant depression (TRD) patients in a modern, collaborative clinic in McLean, VA.

Responsibilities include conducting comprehensive initial evaluations, managing complex medication regimens, and supervising mid-level providers supporting TMS and esketamine treatments.

Work schedule is Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM, with flexible remote options, a protected lunch hour, and strong support staff.

Compensation is $275,000–$300,000 annually, with comprehensive benefits including health, dental, vision, paid time off, CME allowance, and malpractice insurance.

Qualifications include MD or DO with board certification/eligibility in psychiatry, an unrestricted Virginia license, and interest in advanced depression treatments (training provided). Experience supervising providers is preferred.
