Job Description
The Family Practice Physician must hold an M.D. or D.O. degree, current California medical and DEA licenses, and board certification.
They provide primary and urgent care across all ages, perform diagnostic and therapeutic procedures, and ensure adherence to healthcare goals emphasizing prevention and health promotion.
Must demonstrate cultural sensitivity toward Native American communities and work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
Responsibilities include patient assessments, ordering tests, treatments, documentation, and participating in quality improvement initiatives.
Qualifications include at least two years of ambulatory care experience, current CPR certification, and the ability to work with diverse populations.
Position offers full-time employment, competitive pay ($240K–$260K annually), benefits (including 401(k), insurance, loan repayment), and requires in-person clinic work at designated locations.
